Board-certified specialists. Dusty Potter, BC-HIS, leads a team that has been fitting hearing aids in North Texas since 2007.

On-site repair lab. Most cleanings, adjustments, and repairs are completed during your visit rather than requiring weeks of manufacturer shipping.

In-network with BCBS. We bill directly for Blue Cross Blue Shield, work with Federal Employees Program (FEP), and verify Medicare Advantage benefits before every appointment.

Free patient parking. The lot wraps the front of Suite 200 — there's no garage, no parking deck, no walk through a hospital lobby.

Our primary clinic is at 2327 Kell East Blvd, Suite 200, Wichita Falls, TX 76308 — directly off the Kell Freeway on the east side of town. Free patient parking is available right at the front of the building.
What areas does the Wichita Falls clinic serve?+
We serve patients across Wichita, Wilbarger, Archer, and Clay Counties. Most of our patients drive in from Wichita Falls itself, Burkburnett, Iowa Park, Henrietta, Holliday, Electra, Lakeside City, Sheppard AFB, and surrounding North Texas communities. If you're more than 40 minutes from Wichita Falls, our Vernon clinic may be closer — it's open Tuesdays.
What are your Wichita Falls clinic hours?+
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on weekends — but a board-certified specialist is reachable by phone for current patients with urgent device issues.
Do you accept insurance at the Wichita Falls clinic?+
Yes. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), accept Federal Employees Program (FEP) benefits, and work with most Medicare Advantage hearing aid benefits. We verify your specific coverage before your appointment so you know exactly what is covered and what (if anything) you will owe.
Can I get hearing aid repairs done at the Wichita Falls clinic?+
Yes — we have a full on-site repair lab at our Kell East Blvd location. Most cleanings, tube replacements, microphone changes, and programming adjustments are completed during your visit. For repairs that require the manufacturer (about 10 percent of cases), we ship out same-day and provide a loaner when possible so you're not without sound while we wait.
Do I need to be a current patient to book an appointment?+
No. We welcome new patients, second-opinion patients, and people who bought hearing aids elsewhere and need adjustments or service. Your first comprehensive hearing evaluation is free, and there's no obligation to purchase anything.
