Wichita Falls Hearing is an In Network Provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield for Hearing Aids

Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Select

This plan is often beneficial for those experiencing hearing loss, typically offering coverage of up to $1000 per ear, renewable every 36 months. Notably, patients do not need to meet any deductible before taking advantage of this coverage. However, obtaining a referral from your physician is a prerequisite for this plan.

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

PPO plans by BCBS provide a portion of hearing aid coverage based on the allowable amount – a figure determined through negotiations between Wichita Falls Hearing and the insurance provider. It’s important to understand that this coverage is not a percentage of the hearing aid’s total cost but rather a percentage of the negotiated allowable amount. Our expert team is equipped with the necessary tools to accurately calculate your coverage. One of the advantages of PPO plans is the direct access they offer to our services, without needing a physician’s referral. However, these plans often come with deductibles that must be met before the full coverage is applied.

Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO

Similar to PPO plans, HMO plans cover hearing aids but with the added requirement of a referral from your primary care physician. Wichita Falls Hearing is proud to be an in-network provider, fully recognized and participating in these plans.
